By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Engagement and Participation

  • Engaging our notary services creates a binding agreement subject to our cancellation terms.
  • Clients are required to provide accurate information regarding their legal needs and document requirements.
  • We reserve the right to decline service in cases of incomplete information or disruption to the notary process.
  • Use of our document preparation platforms and materials must comply with our usage guidelines.

3. Quality and Scope of Services

  • We commit to delivering high-quality notary services with certified legal professionals.
  • The scope and deliverables of each notary service are defined in the respective service agreements.
  • We reserve the right to make organizational changes as long as they do not compromise the fundamental legal objectives.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate documents and information for notarization.

4. Payments and Service Terms

  • Payment for notary services is required according to the agreed payment schedule for each service.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific circumstances as detailed in our refund policy below.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) incur a processing fee of 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full service fee.

5. Refund Policy

At GoDocSealX, we are committed to client satisfaction and legal excellence. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

  • Initial Service Period: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of their first notary service if they are not satisfied with our legal approach or notary methodology.
  • Services in Progress: For ongoing notary services where work has begun but the service is not yet completed, we may offer a partial refund less the value of services completed and administrative expenses.
  • Completed Services: Once a notary service has been completed as outlined in the service agreement, refunds are generally not available unless there is a substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon legal content.
  • Document Packages: For multi-document notary services and intensive programs, refunds will be calculated based on the number of documents remaining, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • Subscription Services: For ongoing notary support and legal document subscriptions, clients may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Refunds for unused portions will be processed within the billing cycle.
  • Notary Consultation Programs: Individual legal consultation sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the session fee.
  • Digital Document Access: Access to legal document templates, recorded consultations, and legal preparation resources is non-refundable once downloaded or viewed.
  • Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@GoDocSealX.com with detailed reasons for the request and supporting documentation.
  • Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10 business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that legal matters can be deeply personal. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant life circumstances, we may consider special refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

We evaluate each refund request individually, considering the specific circumstances, legal progress, and our ability to provide alternative solutions to address client concerns while honoring the legal nature of our work.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

  • We handle all personal data and legal document information according to our Privacy Policy.
  • Clients agree not to share confidential information from services without authorization.
  • Recording of notary sessions or sharing access credentials is prohibited without written permission.
  • All legal insights and personal sharing within services are to be held in professional confidence.

7. Legal Practice and Responsibility

  • Clients acknowledge that legal document preparation is a professional process requiring individual commitment and cooperation.
  • GoDocSealX provides guidance and tools, but clients are responsible for their own legal decisions and document accuracy.
  • Our services are professional and legal in nature, not medical or therapeutic treatments.
  • Clients should consult legal professionals for complex legal matters beyond basic notarization.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, particularly in response to legal changes or service improvements.
  • Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days before implementation.
  • Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Final Provisions

  • Swiss law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions.
  • Switzerland is the jurisdiction for any disputes arising from our services.
  • If individual provisions become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
